Narrative:

Arriving at fat from sfo, I requested visual runway 11L. ATC cleared us visual runway 11L. We were high and fast, so we did a 360 degree turn to descend and configure. Calling the tower, somehow we were cleared to land runway 11R. My first officer was new, so I was helping him get the plane ready to land. He says, did the tower say right or left? I said I thought they said the left. We landed runway 11L. We were the only plane in the area and ATC decided not to start paperwork on us, thank them. I feel CRM breakdown was the cause. This was my first and last wrong runway.
