Narrative:
Crew assigned 6000 ft. We were in the process of negotiating a change in runway and altitude and became distraction resulting in a loss in altitude of 500 ft. Factor: PF had 6 hours sleep previous night and was fatigued (also operated aircraft manually instead of autoplt).

Narrative: CREW ASSIGNED 6000 FT. WE WERE IN THE PROCESS OF NEGOTIATING A CHANGE IN RWY AND ALT AND BECAME DISTR RESULTING IN A LOSS IN ALT OF 500 FT. FACTOR: PF HAD 6 HRS SLEEP PREVIOUS NIGHT AND WAS FATIGUED (ALSO OPERATED ACFT MANUALLY INSTEAD OF AUTOPLT).
