Narrative:

I landed on runway 9L. When I was about to turn left on to taxiway D, I experienced a blowout on the right main tire. I was able to cross the runway side stripe, but unable to cross the runway/approach area boundary line. I announced to tower/ground control that I had experienced a blowout. ATC asked me if I was clear of the runway. I responded that I was clear of the runway, but was unable to get across the hold short line. The runway was not closed, but was considered unusable. Cargo maintenance and FBO maintenance towed the aircraft off the taxiway.
