Narrative:

I took off without a clearance from the control tower. While en route wbound on a VFR flight plan I stopped at amarillo for a 10- 15 min fuel stop, something I do about twice a month. Anxious to gas and go I removed the nosewheel chocks and started my engine. I called for taxi clearance and was approved for runway 4, bravo intersection, however, when I attempted to taxi, the aircraft would not move because the main gear had also been chocked by the fueling crew.

Narrative: I TOOK OFF WITHOUT A CLRNC FROM THE CTL TWR. WHILE ENRTE WBOUND ON A VFR FLT PLAN I STOPPED AT AMARILLO FOR A 10- 15 MIN FUEL STOP, SOMETHING I DO ABOUT TWICE A MONTH. I CALLED FOR TAXI CLRNC AND WAS APPROVED FOR RWY 4, BRAVO INTXN, HOWEVER, WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO TAXI, THE ACFT WOULD NOT MOVE BECAUSE THE MAIN GEAR HAD ALSO BEEN CHOCKED BY THE FUELING CREW.
