Narrative:

During approximately 4.5 hour of deicing delay at dfw because of freezing rain conditions, we fell below minimum fuel requirements for destination. Due to lack of gate space at dfw, we concurred with dispatch suggestion of an en route fuel stop. Because of rough flight planning estimates and inattention to ground time at fuel stop, we inadvertently exceeded crew duty time.
