Narrative:

On descent to mizar, received TCASII RA to climb. Ivsi depicted aircraft directly below at -2200 ft. We immediately initiated climb up to 13000 ft (we were at 12000 ft). RA ended and we returned to our cleared altitude. During this maneuver we were in the middle of a frequency change to dtw approach. Approach was notified of four RA and stated they did not seem concerned and said commuter was 2000 ft below. Also, that no traffic conflict occurred.
