Narrative:

On approach to sbn, RVR was 2200 ft reported at start of approach. Vectors to runway 27L. Lake effect snow. Visibility was up and down. Tower was calling 1/2 mi visibility. While on the approach, I went through area of VFR on the hills, went over notre dame and saw the golden dome and approach lights just inside misha OM. Continued and asked the visibility. Tower said 1/2 mi, landed. After landing, I looked again at plate and was worried because they stopped giving RVR. Not sure if landing was done below the 2400 ft RVR or 1/2 mi minimum.
