Narrative:
I made a low pass over the city of athens at about 400 ft AGL, pulled out, and flew away. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated that the incident 'was a result of a practice engine out gone bad,' and that '...he had turned the wrong way...' during his attempt at recovery. The aircraft was a C152 with an spi on board. Nothing came from this event.
