Narrative:
Did not cross kerno at FL260 as originally directed. We were subsequently given a descent to FL240. The question is -- was that before or after crossing kerno? The problem was caused by me building the lda-a approach to runway 22 at lga on the FMS and I wasn't careful to watch the altitude. Unfortunately the first officer wasn't watching either.
