Terrain warning. ATC frequency: approach. ATC facility: lax. Location: lax runway 25L final. ILS runway 25L lax extended gear. Right green lights burnt out. Went around, climbed to 3000 ft. Tower called traffic no visual but on TCASII with no altitude. Received a terrain warning over the shoreline. Climbed to and leveled at 4000 ft. Returned to 3000 ft, advised ATC. Replaced gear light and landed at lax.
