Narrative:

I was cleared to takeoff runway 17R left turn northbound at dwh. During rotation, tower cleared C172 to land on runway 35L. Tower instructed me to turn left as soon as possible for traffic. At 100 ft and still over runway 17R, I turned left and continued to climb. However, I was on collision course for incoming traffic (C172) on what looked like runway 35R. I immediately turned to right, but C172 turned left into me. I had to increase right turn and was losing altitude to miss traffic. Called tower from cxo and talked to supervisor. Said C172 should not have been cleared to land and was too close to me (spacing). I suggested that takeoff and landing be same direction.

Title: A DEPARTING BE36 RPTR HAS A NMAC WITH AN ARRIVING C172 LNDG OPPOSITE DIRECTION.

Narrative: I WAS CLRED TO TKOF RWY 17R L TURN NBOUND AT DWH. DURING ROTATION, TWR CLRED C172 TO LAND ON RWY 35L. TWR INSTRUCTED ME TO TURN L ASAP FOR TFC. AT 100 FT AND STILL OVER RWY 17R, I TURNED L AND CONTINUED TO CLB. HOWEVER, I WAS ON COLLISION COURSE FOR INCOMING TFC (C172) ON WHAT LOOKED LIKE RWY 35R. I IMMEDIATELY TURNED TO R, BUT C172 TURNED L INTO ME. I HAD TO INCREASE R TURN AND WAS LOSING ALT TO MISS TFC. CALLED TWR FROM CXO AND TALKED TO SUPVR. SAID C172 SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN CLRED TO LAND AND WAS TOO CLOSE TO ME (SPACING). I SUGGESTED THAT TKOF AND LNDG BE SAME DIRECTION.
