Narrative:

I was returning from check run from phl-ilg on a part 91 leg. I had a non flying company employee as a passenger. I was talking with him and I forgot to reset LORAN from phl to ilg. I read the distance off the LORAN that was still set phl which read 15 mi although I was 3 mi from ilg. The tower notified me I was in their airspace when I called them up. I noticed my position just as I called them on the radio. I was distraction from resetting the LORAN and not paying attention because of talking to the passenger. I should have paid more attention to flying instead of talking so much.
