Responded to TCASII RA just north of canny intersection on the phl dupont 3 arrival (ott.DPNT3). We were level at 10000 ft and responded to VFR traffic at 10 O'clock level at 9600 ft. Adjusted altitude to 10200 ft. Traffic was in sight.

Narrative: RESPONDED TO TCASII RA JUST N OF CANNY INTXN ON THE PHL DUPONT 3 ARR (OTT.DPNT3). WE WERE LEVEL AT 10000 FT AND RESPONDED TO VFR TFC AT 10 O'CLOCK LEVEL AT 9600 FT. ADJUSTED ALT TO 10200 FT. TFC WAS IN SIGHT.
