Narrative:

Las approach advised our flight that we were approximately 1200-1500 ft below TCA. According to the TCA chart, we showed flight was within confines of the TCA. No other action taken. No further communication from ATC on event. Supplemental information from acn 346989: las approach control had cleared us for a visual approach approximately 30 mi east of airport. Later when handing us off to tower, he advised us that we were apparently below the TCA.

Title: FLC RPT OF APCH CTLR STATING THAT THEY WERE BELOW THE CLASS B AIRSPACE ON A VISUAL APCH TO LAS.

Narrative: LAS APCH ADVISED OUR FLT THAT WE WERE APPROX 1200-1500 FT BELOW TCA. ACCORDING TO THE TCA CHART, WE SHOWED FLT WAS WITHIN CONFINES OF THE TCA. NO OTHER ACTION TAKEN. NO FURTHER COM FROM ATC ON EVENT. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 346989: LAS APCH CTL HAD CLRED US FOR A VISUAL APCH APPROX 30 MI E OF ARPT. LATER WHEN HANDING US OFF TO TWR, HE ADVISED US THAT WE WERE APPARENTLY BELOW THE TCA.
