Narrative:
While taxiing into cargo ramp at atl with a marshaller and 2 wing walkers, the aircraft was guided into a parked air carrier transport C130. Damage to aircraft (DC8) was on the right wingtip. Damage to the C130 was the left wingtip. Human performance: inexperience and a congested parking led to this occurrence.

Title: DC8 CARGO ACFT. UNDER MARSHALLER GUIDANCE WITH WING WALKERS, RPTR ACFT HIT PARKED ACFT WINGTIP.
Narrative: WHILE TAXIING INTO CARGO RAMP AT ATL WITH A MARSHALLER AND 2 WING WALKERS, THE ACFT WAS GUIDED INTO A PARKED ACR TRANSPORT C130. DAMAGE TO ACFT (DC8) WAS ON THE R WINGTIP. DAMAGE TO THE C130 WAS THE L WINGTIP. HUMAN PERFORMANCE: INEXPERIENCE AND A CONGESTED PARKING LED TO THIS OCCURRENCE.
