Narrative:
Our airplane was cleared to land runway 36 and on short final we noticed a single engine aircraft on our right attempting to land on runway 31. Tower told unseen aircraft to go around. In my opinion there was no danger -- just a little inconvenience. Janesville tower has just gone NFCT and the new people are being trained. Because janesville is our home base I keep a wary eye to what is happening. However, this one got by me.
