Narrative:

Sadde 6 arrival. Were 4000 ft high at altitude restr. I crosschecked the captain with 30 mi to crossing restr and everything was ok, making the restr with no problem 12 mi south of fim at 12000 ft, 280 KIAS. I did some other things and looked up and we were at 16000 ft crossing the restr. Everyone was distracted at that point and then we were late for our turn to vtu. Approach called us if we were turning, we were, just late. Hurrying down to 10000 ft, we had an RA with an aircraft restr below us at 9000 ft. Not a good day. We leveled off at 10000 ft, no problem with the traffic. Supplemental information from acn 343590: I was tired and misread my descent rate earlier in the approach and recognized the situation too late.
