Narrative:

Our company generated flight plan shows the CRG55 intersection on the mco mccoy 4 (H1) departure as N3115.1 W081 56.6, with a track outbound from crg VOR as 338 and DME 59. Our plate showed coords as correct when we verified both. Our plate was dated jun/xx/96. On climb out and after some WX deviation, we then went to the crg VOR and outbound the INS took us out on a 338 degree track. Shortly ZJX inquired as to whether we were WX deviating. We checked our INS/flight plan which both agreed to a 338 degree/59 DME. Center said that the CRG55 intersection was 007 degrees out of crg VOR and not as our flight plan showed. Another airline flight overheard our discussion and said that the correct coords were changed in the approximately jul/xx/96 revision. We left atl on jul/xx/96, and that revision was not in our box for posting (we were on a 9 day trip). Our flight control should have received those revisions and adjusted their database, which, when we did our verification, we would have seen the discrepancy and contacted them. We do not know why flight control didn't have the current coords and have filed a report with our company.

Title: L1011 FLC HAS HEADING DEV DUE TO OUTDATED SID AND DATABASE. REVISION ISSUED AFTER THEIR DEP ON A 9 DAY TRIP.

Narrative: OUR COMPANY GENERATED FLT PLAN SHOWS THE CRG55 INTXN ON THE MCO MCCOY 4 (H1) DEP AS N3115.1 W081 56.6, WITH A TRACK OUTBOUND FROM CRG VOR AS 338 AND DME 59. OUR PLATE SHOWED COORDS AS CORRECT WHEN WE VERIFIED BOTH. OUR PLATE WAS DATED JUN/XX/96. ON CLBOUT AND AFTER SOME WX DEV, WE THEN WENT TO THE CRG VOR AND OUTBOUND THE INS TOOK US OUT ON A 338 DEG TRACK. SHORTLY ZJX INQUIRED AS TO WHETHER WE WERE WX DEVIATING. WE CHKED OUR INS/FLT PLAN WHICH BOTH AGREED TO A 338 DEG/59 DME. CTR SAID THAT THE CRG55 INTXN WAS 007 DEGS OUT OF CRG VOR AND NOT AS OUR FLT PLAN SHOWED. ANOTHER AIRLINE FLT OVERHEARD OUR DISCUSSION AND SAID THAT THE CORRECT COORDS WERE CHANGED IN THE APPROX JUL/XX/96 REVISION. WE LEFT ATL ON JUL/XX/96, AND THAT REVISION WAS NOT IN OUR BOX FOR POSTING (WE WERE ON A 9 DAY TRIP). OUR FLT CTL SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED THOSE REVISIONS AND ADJUSTED THEIR DATABASE, WHICH, WHEN WE DID OUR VERIFICATION, WE WOULD HAVE SEEN THE DISCREPANCY AND CONTACTED THEM. WE DO NOT KNOW WHY FLT CTL DIDN'T HAVE THE CURRENT COORDS AND HAVE FILED A RPT WITH OUR COMPANY.
