Narrative:

After level off at cruise altitude en route to hnl, captain's altimeter read approximately 80 ft higher than first officer's. With first officer flying and using his altimeter, first officer leveled off approximately 60 ft above FL310. Center controller commented his altitude was showing our flight operating at 31200 ft (200 ft high). This was due to difference in our altimeters and slightly high level off.
