Narrative:

The captain and I were both on high minimums (less than 100 hours) in aircraft. We were being vectored for the visual approach to runway 23 at clt. Approximately 5 mi from the runway we were cleared for the visual approach. Because we were so close in at such a high altitude, we were caught off guard and had to run some of the checklists still. We accomplished the checklists and made a normal landing. On the rollout, I keyed the microphone and asked if the tower wanted us on ground or ramp, with no response. We exited the taxiway and called ramp and we were cleared in with no mention. It was at this point I realized I wasn't sure if we had received a landing clearance or even if we had been on tower frequency. I had changed frequencys by this point.

Title: AN ACR MDT CREW MAY HAVE LANDED WITHOUT CLRNC.

Narrative: THE CAPT AND I WERE BOTH ON HIGH MINIMUMS (LESS THAN 100 HRS) IN ACFT. WE WERE BEING VECTORED FOR THE VISUAL APCH TO RWY 23 AT CLT. APPROX 5 MI FROM THE RWY WE WERE CLRED FOR THE VISUAL APCH. BECAUSE WE WERE SO CLOSE IN AT SUCH A HIGH ALT, WE WERE CAUGHT OFF GUARD AND HAD TO RUN SOME OF THE CHKLISTS STILL. WE ACCOMPLISHED THE CHKLISTS AND MADE A NORMAL LNDG. ON THE ROLLOUT, I KEYED THE MIKE AND ASKED IF THE TWR WANTED US ON GND OR RAMP, WITH NO RESPONSE. WE EXITED THE TXWY AND CALLED RAMP AND WE WERE CLRED IN WITH NO MENTION. IT WAS AT THIS POINT I REALIZED I WASN'T SURE IF WE HAD RECEIVED A LNDG CLRNC OR EVEN IF WE HAD BEEN ON TWR FREQ. I HAD CHANGED FREQS BY THIS POINT.
