Narrative:

I was flying left seat and the copilot was in the right seat. He is an ATP and we were doing touch and go lndgs on runway 30. After we touched down for our third touch and go, I called for 'flaps up.' the copilot moved the gear lever to the up position thinking that he was retracting the flaps. The nose gear and the left main then retracted and the propeller contacted the runway.
