Narrative:

King air northbound descending to 11000 ft, my base altitude. Jetstream northbound level at 10000 ft (toledo approach), pointed out king air to approach, they released 9000 ft. The king air turned nebound toward cruxx (arrival fix) and descended into the jetstream. I originally went direct cruxx reaching 11000 ft, but traffic eastbound required a descent to 9000 ft. I forgot I had given the king air direct cruxx.
