Narrative:

Copilot flying. Takeoff on runway 13 whitestone climb, turned right to 175 degree heading, I noticed the copilot did not show a DME after I turned the air conditioning packs on. I dialed in the correct frequency 113.1 and DME read 4.0 DME. He started left turn to 040 degrees when departure said to tighten the turn and roll out on 360 degree heading. My VOR was set to bwz 114.2. The FMS was set up prior to taxi, he must have changed frequency between initial taxi and takeoff. Attention was on takeoff with no pack on at maximum gross weight for runway.
