Narrative:
Loss of communication with ATC after mandatory altitude change to FL390. When communications were reestablished ATC advised another aircraft was given vectors due to our loss of communications.

Narrative: LOSS OF COM WITH ATC AFTER MANDATORY ALT CHANGE TO FL390. WHEN COMS WERE REESTABLISHED ATC ADVISED ANOTHER ACFT WAS GIVEN VECTORS DUE TO OUR LOSS OF COMS.
