Narrative:

On taxi out, flight attendant advised of passenger not willing to comply with procedures of not using electronic devices during takeoff. Also giving other passenger around her a hard time and verbally assaulting both flight attendant and passenger. We returned to gate and had metropolitan dade police meet the aircraft. Upon arriving back at the gate in mia the metropolitan police officer said he could not go on board the aircraft and remove the passenger. An agent came on board and asked the person to leave. I called upon returning to mia after our gcm turn only to find that the agent had escorted the passenger to another airline and placed them on their flight without telling the other airline about the circumstances. Please give me guidance on how to explain to my passenger, my crew and the FAA how we can delay a flight and cause my airline money and inconvenience and also make our inbound gcm to mia passenger late and misconnecting due to this passenger and yet escort them to another flight without pressing charges and delaying the problem passenger. The flight attendant and I are willing to press charges and also bring this matter up with the FAA.

Narrative: ON TAXI OUT, FLT ATTENDANT ADVISED OF PAX NOT WILLING TO COMPLY WITH PROCS OF NOT USING ELECTRONIC DEVICES DURING TKOF. ALSO GIVING OTHER PAX AROUND HER A HARD TIME AND VERBALLY ASSAULTING BOTH FLT ATTENDANT AND PAX. WE RETURNED TO GATE AND HAD METRO DADE POLICE MEET THE ACFT. UPON ARRIVING BACK AT THE GATE IN MIA THE METRO POLICE OFFICER SAID HE COULD NOT GO ON BOARD THE ACFT AND REMOVE THE PAX. AN AGENT CAME ON BOARD AND ASKED THE PERSON TO LEAVE. I CALLED UPON RETURNING TO MIA AFTER OUR GCM TURN ONLY TO FIND THAT THE AGENT HAD ESCORTED THE PAX TO ANOTHER AIRLINE AND PLACED THEM ON THEIR FLT WITHOUT TELLING THE OTHER AIRLINE ABOUT THE CIRCUMSTANCES.
