Narrative:

1 passenger on flight from san to lax. After takeoff passenger would not take seat. Passenger kept grabbing the flight attendant. She became scared -- came up to me on the flight deck. I told her to tell the passenger if he touched her again we would call the police. He again grabbed her and she got away. Came up to the flight deck again. At this time we were on the ILS approach to lax. I told her to stay in the cockpit with us and leave the door open. Not known to me at the time, he again got out of his seat and came up to the cockpit and stuck his finger against her neck. Upon arriving at the gate in lax, police met the plane. Passenger was detained for a short time. Report forwarded to FAA.
