Narrative:

Inbound to msy, crew's understanding was to cross inbound fix at 10000 ft. Upon arriving at 10000 ft and informing msy approach of this altitude, crew was told by msy approach that previously cleared/assigned altitude was 11000 ft. Crew was given frequency change and called level 10000 ft. Possible crew/ATC miscom. No conflict.
