Narrative:

We were instructed by ATC to hold at benky intersection at bdf 062 degree radial 45 DME. We misread the DME thinking benky was at 65 DME. At 60 DME we were given a turn by ATC. No further action was taken. This was first flight of the day. Our crew rest the night before was the minimum 8 hours behind the door.
