Narrative:

Taxi clearance was: 'taxi to runway 30.' aircraft was parked at far south terminal. According to regulations I can cross all runways except runway 30. Taxied onto runway 35 and proceeded north to runway 30 intersection. At runway 30 taxied onto area before runway threshold (I thought -- see photo). However, this may be technically on runway/stopway. Past occurrences, tower usually gave a more detailed clearance, ie, hold short of runway 35. Which is what he wanted me to do today. Fortunately there was no conflict. What needs to be done is: sign at beginning of runway 35 hold line to 'hold here for runway 30.' or controllers should be more specific in cross runway sits such as this. There is no hold line on runway 35 for runway 30. (There is one from runway 30 to runway 35.)

Title: FLC OF AN LTT FAILED TO HOLD SHORT OF AN INTERSECTING RWY DURING TAXI FOR TKOF.

Narrative: TAXI CLRNC WAS: 'TAXI TO RWY 30.' ACFT WAS PARKED AT FAR S TERMINAL. ACCORDING TO REGS I CAN CROSS ALL RWYS EXCEPT RWY 30. TAXIED ONTO RWY 35 AND PROCEEDED N TO RWY 30 INTXN. AT RWY 30 TAXIED ONTO AREA BEFORE RWY THRESHOLD (I THOUGHT -- SEE PHOTO). HOWEVER, THIS MAY BE TECHNICALLY ON RWY/STOPWAY. PAST OCCURRENCES, TWR USUALLY GAVE A MORE DETAILED CLRNC, IE, HOLD SHORT OF RWY 35. WHICH IS WHAT HE WANTED ME TO DO TODAY. FORTUNATELY THERE WAS NO CONFLICT. WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE IS: SIGN AT BEGINNING OF RWY 35 HOLD LINE TO 'HOLD HERE FOR RWY 30.' OR CTLRS SHOULD BE MORE SPECIFIC IN CROSS RWY SITS SUCH AS THIS. THERE IS NO HOLD LINE ON RWY 35 FOR RWY 30. (THERE IS ONE FROM RWY 30 TO RWY 35.)
