Narrative:

Aircraft reached 1000 ft. Crew reported to maintenance aircraft would not pressurize and electrical and electronics light came on. Aircraft returned to gate. I inspected aircraft upon arrival and found lower east&east door closed but not completely latched which causes difficulty in aircraft to pressurize. I inspected latch, found it difficult to operate. Lubed and cleaned latch on east&east door, closed and secured door. Aircraft left with no further problems.
