Narrative:

I was PIC of luscombe on a course from auburn to spanaway airport at about XX30 pm. About abeam of mcchord AFB I noticed above and to my left a C141. I was busy looking at my sectional to figure out how to get into spanaway airport. I later learned when I landed at spanaway airport that I had wandered just inside mcchord's airspace. Mcchord called spanaway airport to advise them of an aircraft in mcchord's airspace with no radio communication. Mcchord heard my n-number on 122.9 (unicom). The spanaway airport operator kindly gave me a 20 min lecture on the proper procedures for this area, as I haven't been in spanaway airport for about 4 yrs. Mcchord also told spanaway airport that they were going to file an incident report with the FAA.
