Narrative:

Controller gave us descent to 6000 ft. I asked (PF) for discretion (due to low level turbulence). Controller approved good rate to 11000 ft cross loves intersection at 6000 ft. Controller said, 'say altitude, you were supposed to cross loves at 6000 ft.' I said we're 'leaving 11000 ft for 6000 ft' and immediately disconnected autoplt and brought the power to idle descending immediately to 6000 ft. The problem arose because of a breakdown in CRM. I forgot to set 6000 ft in altitude selector after we leveled off at 11000 ft. My captain didn't hear 'loves at 6000 ft.' our attention had been broken by other company paperwork.

Title: XING RESTR NOT MET. FLC WAS CLRED TO EXPEDITE TO 11000 FT AND CROSS LOVES AT 6000 FT. CAPT DIDN'T HEAR THE XING RESTR AND FLYING FO FORGOT TO RESET ALT WINDOW TO 6000 FT AFTER REACHING 11000 FT. BOTH PLTS WERE DISTRACTED BY 'OTHER COMPANY PAPERWORK.'

Narrative: CTLR GAVE US DSCNT TO 6000 FT. I ASKED (PF) FOR DISCRETION (DUE TO LOW LEVEL TURB). CTLR APPROVED GOOD RATE TO 11000 FT CROSS LOVES INTXN AT 6000 FT. CTLR SAID, 'SAY ALT, YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO CROSS LOVES AT 6000 FT.' I SAID WE'RE 'LEAVING 11000 FT FOR 6000 FT' AND IMMEDIATELY DISCONNECTED AUTOPLT AND BROUGHT THE PWR TO IDLE DSNDING IMMEDIATELY TO 6000 FT. THE PROB AROSE BECAUSE OF A BREAKDOWN IN CRM. I FORGOT TO SET 6000 FT IN ALT SELECTOR AFTER WE LEVELED OFF AT 11000 FT. MY CAPT DIDN'T HEAR 'LOVES AT 6000 FT.' OUR ATTN HAD BEEN BROKEN BY OTHER COMPANY PAPERWORK.
