ATIS reported runway in use as runway 8R so flight crew set departure procedure for that runway. The runway was subsequently changed, but flight crew forgot to change the departure procedure in the heading selector. Tower intervened and corrected their heading after takeoff.

Narrative:
On taxi out ground changed our departure runway to runway 26R instead of ATIS information runway 8R. Reset departure heading in error using picah departure 240 degree heading instead of stj departure which should have been 270 degree initial heading. Tower noted our turn and corrected us to 270 degrees and we continued with stj departure.
