Narrative:
Autoplt system 'a' failed to level off at FL210, overshot to FL213, then was corrected -- same thing happened on 'B' autoplt system -- barometer on altimeter was set to 29.92. Corrective action was taken to level aircraft in a smooth manner. Supplemental information from acn 329434: the aircraft continued through FL210 up to approximately 21300 ft.
