Narrative:

While on a sightseeing flight with 1 passenger, we circled his house twice. A neighbor was flying kites with his kids. We flew through one of his kite strings. We were unaware of this. The neighbor was quite upset about this. After landing we had over 300 ft of kite string hanging from my landing gear. I guess I'll have to watch closer for high- flying kites now. He may have reported us as flying too low.
