Narrative:

The shades in the tower are so scratched and dirty that vision is restr to nil. There have been unsatisfactory condition reports turned in yet there has been no action taken to correct the condition. I have heard supervisors remark that they cant's see through the shade film. Are we going to have to experience a fatal crash before this condition is corrected? Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter indicated that he had been on 2 days off and did not know if the shades had been replaced. He indicated that he has not heard any discussion about replacing them.
