Narrative:

I just sat down and assumed control of brv, sector 12, at ZDC. After listening to the relief briefing, I had to resolve conflictions with 4 aircraft at FL330. Next I had to increase initial spacing for 2 aircraft to lga. I gave a 90 degree heading and a descent clearance to an aircraft at FL310. I got an override call on the sector, answered the call, and then realized separation was not ensured between the 2 aircraft. I immediately turned and stopped the descent clearance for 1 aircraft and descended another.

Narrative: I JUST SAT DOWN AND ASSUMED CTL OF BRV, SECTOR 12, AT ZDC. AFTER LISTENING TO THE RELIEF BRIEFING, I HAD TO RESOLVE CONFLICTIONS WITH 4 ACFT AT FL330.
