Narrative:
In landing at jackson, westover, I mistook unicom's information of landing runway 19 left traffic and switched in my mind to landing runway 1. Although I thought I was doing the pattern correctly I was totally turned around by the haze and concentrating on 'doing it right!' wrong! There was no conflict with other traffic but as soon as I landed and taxied to tie down I realized I'd gone backwards! Attempting to 'keep my head out of the cockpit' I'd misread my chart. I'm very embarrassed. I will remember to not be so intent on landing and flying 'right' that my brain forgets what to do.

Narrative: IN LNDG AT JACKSON, WESTOVER, I MISTOOK UNICOM'S INFO OF LNDG RWY 19 L TFC AND SWITCHED IN MY MIND TO LNDG RWY 1. ALTHOUGH I THOUGHT I WAS DOING THE PATTERN CORRECTLY I WAS TOTALLY TURNED AROUND BY THE HAZE AND CONCENTRATING ON 'DOING IT RIGHT!' WRONG!
