Narrative:

Close parallel approach runways 28L and 28 at sfo. Originally cleared for approach for runway 28R then changed to runway 28L. Commuter aircraft turned onto runway 28R approach ahead of us. These approachs increase the pilot workload at a critical time. Very distracting trying to stay ahead as lead aircraft and still conduct a stable approach and landing.
