Narrative:
After passing lvz VOR our filed routing was V613-fjc- mazie-phl. Our FMS was programmed wrong. We started to fly direct etx after passing lvz. Center questioned our routing, reclred us to fjc-mazie-phl. This was a crew error. We didn't compare the FMS routing to the filed routing.

Narrative: AFTER PASSING LVZ VOR OUR FILED ROUTING WAS V613-FJC- MAZIE-PHL. OUR FMS WAS PROGRAMMED WRONG. WE STARTED TO FLY DIRECT ETX AFTER PASSING LVZ. CTR QUESTIONED OUR ROUTING, RECLRED US TO FJC-MAZIE-PHL. THIS WAS A CREW ERROR. WE DIDN'T COMPARE THE FMS ROUTING TO THE FILED ROUTING.
