The controling agency at fpr, fl, cleared me to taxi into position and hold runway 9. I repeated my clearance to the controller. Waiting for clearance for takeoff, I was briefing my passenger, when the landing lights from a light twin engine appeared. He flew over me approximately 50 ft above me, and landed approximately 100 ft in front of me. Then I received my clearance for takeoff. Contacted supervisor X at fpr upon landing at merrit island, fl.

Title: PVT PLT OF AN SMA SEL WAS CLRED INTO POS AND HOLD FOR TKOF AND SUBSEQUENTLY OBSERVED A LIGHT TWIN ENG ACFT LAND OVER THE TOP OF HIM.
Narrative: THE CTLING AGENCY AT FPR, FL, CLRED ME TO TAXI INTO POS AND HOLD RWY 9. I REPEATED MY CLRNC TO THE CTLR. WAITING FOR CLRNC FOR TKOF, I WAS BRIEFING MY PAX, WHEN THE LNDG LIGHTS FROM A LIGHT TWIN ENG APPEARED. HE FLEW OVER ME APPROX 50 FT ABOVE ME, AND LANDED APPROX 100 FT IN FRONT OF ME.
