Narrative:

MD11 (aircraft 2) and L1011 (aircraft 3) were both on an ILS approach to runway 4L. At XX39Z the GS failed and both aircraft executed a missed approach. At XX43Z, air carrier X (aircraft 1) who was taxiing for takeoff reported that his wingtip may have struck something adjacent to the taxiway. An air carrier, who was behind air carrier X confirmed that air carrier X wing struck the GS antenna. Air carrier X returned to the ramp. Runway 4L was inspected by a port authority vehicle. The other air carrier then departed without incident. MD11 and L1011 later returned and landed on runway 4R without incident. The taxiway lights on taxiway K were notamed OTS, the taxiway was obscured by earlier heavy snow.
