Narrative:
Upon reaching decision ht, runway environment was in sight, so approach to runway 19R continued. But before touchdown, fog patches rolled in and runway was not visible when I decided to make missed approach because I felt safe landing roll was not to be completed. Second approach and landing was successful. After blocked in at gate, we were advised by maintenance that #4 engine and right wingtip had made ground contact.
