Narrative:

As we were cleared for takeoff on runway 26L, a B747 started to taxi south across our runway. I took control of the aircraft from the first officer, who had advanced the power toward takeoff setting, and retarded the power. After the B747 cleared runway 26L I advanced the power to takeoff and returned control to the first officer. As we passed behind the B747 and about the time we rotated we experienced strong buffeting from the B747's jet blast, which appeared to be stopped. The rest of the takeoff was normal.
