On nov/xa/95 as the captain and PF of scheduled service from phl to rdg, PA, and following visual approach clrncs and landing clrncs to runway 31, aircraft struck a deer on runway with #1 engine during landing rollout. Substantial damaged incurred to #1 engine. No injuries to crew or passenger. Aircraft was able to taxi to terminal with single engine taxi. WX conditions: clear skies, 29 degrees F, calm winds, dry runway. Time: XA00 P.M.
