Narrative:

On approach to lyh from south, put on partial flaps to slow to gear speed, dropped gear about 5 mi out, '3 green' confirmed by copilot. 1 1/2 mi final went to full flaps, no response, noted hydraulic gauge '0,' circled to runway 21. Touched down on mains and held nose off 1 to 2 seconds. Nose gear touched and folded immediately. Slid down and off runway. No fire, no injuries. Propeller strikes all blades. Apparently the nose gear had not fully locked even though gear light was green. Mains stayed down and locked.
