Narrative:
I was approaching the airport from the west. There were numerous aircraft in the area so I decided to overfly the airport and enter at a left 45 degree for runway 3. I announced my intentions, then did as I announced. As I was starting to descend and make a 180 degree back to the 45 degree, I saw an aircraft just off my right coming at me. He was climbing, so as I descended, he went over me.
