Narrative:

Descending out of 10000 ft, distracted by runway change, taxi call, et al, was delayed in slowing to 250 KTS. Queried by approach at 9500 ft, whereby immediately slowed to 250 KTS. We debriefed ourselves extensively for our carelessness. Supplemental information from acn 320941: captain and I debriefed the incident and attributed the error to the distractions of changing runways and flight attendant call.

Narrative: DSNDING OUT OF 10000 FT, DISTRACTED BY RWY CHANGE, TAXI CALL, ET AL, WAS DELAYED IN SLOWING TO 250 KTS. QUERIED BY APCH AT 9500 FT, WHEREBY IMMEDIATELY SLOWED TO 250 KTS. WE DEBRIEFED OURSELVES EXTENSIVELY FOR OUR CARELESSNESS. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 320941: CAPT AND I DEBRIEFED THE INCIDENT AND ATTRIBUTED THE ERROR TO THE DISTRACTIONS OF CHANGING RWYS AND FLT ATTENDANT CALL.
