Narrative:

We were cleared for takeoff as air carrier flight xx. Tower then told us to switch to departure control, but used air carrier flight xy, as call sign. When queried, he stated that xx did not exist. We switched to departure control anyway and all was normal. We suspect that tower got confused since flight xy does not exist according to us. It was our fourth leg on a 7:30 flight time and 13 hour day, so we were tired.

Narrative: WE WERE CLRED FOR TKOF AS ACR FLT XX. TWR THEN TOLD US TO SWITCH TO DEP CTL, BUT USED ACR FLT XY, AS CALL SIGN. WHEN QUERIED, HE STATED THAT XX DID NOT EXIST. WE SWITCHED TO DEP CTL ANYWAY AND ALL WAS NORMAL. WE SUSPECT THAT TWR GOT CONFUSED SINCE FLT XY DOES NOT EXIST ACCORDING TO US.
