Narrative:
Pushed back at approximately PM35 local at ord. Told by ramp to taxi out west line. I was straddling the unmarked west line and taxied forward and came abeam a parked B767 flight. I checked the perspective of its tail in relation to the bottom of the first officer's window, and it looked good to me. I also checked that I was on the yellow line. However, the right wingtip struck the tailcone of the B767. Passenger deplaned via mobile stairs through door 1R. Supplemental information from acn 317580: we were centered on the west line and had complied with all air carrier procedures.
